Overview:

: Bachelor of Arts & Bachelor of Legislative Law is a combined degree course of law. The law aspirants can take admission in this course just after completing their class 12th examination. The duration of this degree course is of 5 years divided in 10 semesters with 2 semesters in each year. The course curriculum covers all the subjects that come under Arts like economics, history, political science, sociology, and Law subjects such as civil law, criminal law, corporate law, tax law, labour law, administrative law, patent law and etc.

Overview:

LLB or Bachelor of Legislative Law course is divided in two semesters for each year amounting up to 6 semesters during three years of duration of the course. The course curriculum is designed to provide practical training and theoretical knowledge of all the subjects related to various legal aspects and court proceedings. Some of the most important subjects in LLB are contracts, legal procedures, code of civil procedures, political science, litigation advocacy, jurisprudence and etc.

Masters of Legislative Law (LLM)

Procedure for Admission:- Based on merit

Overview:

LLM or Masters of Law offers specialization in the various subjects of law. This is a two years post-graduation course. Candidates after completing their graduation in law can take admission in this course. LLM curriculum provides in-depth knowledge of the specific subject chosen by students through intensive research work. In this course, students choose the subject of their choice and use research methodology and write a thesis on original and creative research work in their final semester. The basic specialization subjects of LLM are civil law, tax, business acquisition law, business law, criminal law, international law, family law, patent law, consumer law, cyber law, constitutional law, entertainment and media law, intellectual property law, commercial law, real estate law, telecommunication law and healthcare law.
