Department of Life Science was established in 2011 and consist of four disciplines viz Zoology, Botany, Microbiology and Biotechnology. This department is running various courses like UG, PG and Research programmes in this discipline. The Life Science department organized national level Seminar, Workshop, Training and awareness program. The department is having Various sophisticated instruments to support research like HPLC, TCR. Deep Freeze. Gel Doc. Electrophoresis. Trinocular Microscope and several others instruments in the advanced Biotechnology Facilities. The Life Science Department having multidisciplinary research facility in microbial assay. Endophytic fungi, Biodiversity, Histopathology and Isolation of Microbes.
