Dr. C. V. Raman University, Bilaspur, celebrated its 20th Foundation Day on November 3 in a dignified manner. On this occasion, floral tributes were offered to the statue of renowned scientist Dr. C. V. Raman installed in front of the university’s administrative building. Addressing the gathering, Vice Chancellor Prof. Pradeep Kumar Ghosh and Registrar Dr. Arvind Kumar Tiwari highlighted the founding vision of the university. They stated that the university was established with the objective of spreading the light of education to remote rural and forest regions. They further emphasized that the university is continuously progressing towards achieving its mission of providing quality education to the last mile of society.
