Dr. C. V. Raman University, Bilaspur, successfully organized a two-day national seminar to commemorate the birth anniversary of legendary mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. The seminar aimed to highlight Ramanujan’s remarkable contributions and emphasize the relevance of mathematics in academics, research, and everyday life.
The keynote address was delivered by Prof. Omkar Lal Shrivastava from Kamla Devi Government College, who presented an insightful analysis of mathematical concepts embedded in Vedic scriptures. He emphasized that mathematics plays a crucial role in commerce, medicine, architecture, arts, and scientific progress.
