Dr. CV Raman University marked International Mother Language Day with a program on the importance of the mother tongue in quality education. Senior litterateur Nand Kumar Shukla and Professor Dr. Manjula Pandey stressed the need to preserve every language as the soul of culture and for the creation of values.
