The AISECT-NSDC Employment Fair in Bilaspur attracted 479 participants seeking job opportunities in sales, marketing, data entry, and other fields. Of these, 276 participants progressed to the final interview round. The fair aimed to provide employment to skilled youth from rural and semi-urban areas, with support from the Government Coordinator and Placement Coordinators, offering on-the-spot interviews and offer letters to streamline the recruitment process.
