The LL.M. Programme is recognised by the Chhattisgarh Government Higher Education Department, and UGC is a 2-year full-time master’s degree programme of 50 credits divided in 4 semesters. The LL.M. programme at Dr. C. V. Raman University Institute of Law aims to prepare students for this programme by providing a comprehensive knowledge base to them.

The can also Work in various field like legal process outsource, self practice in High Court, District Court in Civil Criminal field and Legal associate or advisor in MNC, Consumer Cases. They cal also join the subordinate judicial service and Public Prosecutors through public service examination.
PEO1 : Law of contract being the pillar of the legal structure of a society, the fundamental goal of study is to critically evaluate principles underlying the legal postulates and propositions. This course will enable the student to appreciable the concept and principles Law of Contract Act. 1872.
PEO2 : Students will be well acquainted with the mechanism and concept of tortious liability to be used against manufacturers and industrial units for products injurious to human beings and any wrong doer. This will also enable them to understand the practical applicability of torts in Motor vehicle Accident claim cases which are increasing at a rapid pace in India.
PEO3 : This course will enable the student to appreciable the concept and principles in dennis the law of evidence and identify the recognized forms of evidence and its sources. This will impart to the students the skill of examination and appreciation of oral and documentary evidence in order to find out the truth.
PEO4 : Students would understand real-estate matters as this course will provide in depth knowledge on the state land laws including acquisition procedures and will enhance the skills, interpretation and application of the state land laws.
