Eligibility, admission process and application details
Candidates must possess a Post Graduate Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks from a recognized university.
A relaxation of 5% marks shall be provided to SC / ST / OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) / PwBD / EWS candidates as per UGC Ph.D. Regulations 2022.
Admission shall be made through Ph.D. Entrance Examination followed by Interview / Research Proposal Presentation as per UGC Regulations 2022.
Candidates qualified in UGC NET / CSIR NET / GATE / CEED / SET / SLET may be considered for exemption from the Entrance Examination as per university norms.
Application forms are available online on the university website and offline at the Admission Office / Research Cell of the University. The prescribed application fee is Rs. 5000/-, payable through cash or Demand Draft (DD payable at Bilaspur in favour of Dr. C. V. Raman University). Last Date for Submission of Application Form: 15/06/2026.
